資優學徒計劃
The Gifted Apprentice
您是否經常參與層出不窮的的課外活動？作為資優人士，又想不想由參與者的角色提升到籌劃者、領導者的身份？在本年七月至來年十月，香港特別資優人士協會將舉辦「資優學徒計劃The Gifted Apprentice」，讓學員參與本會各項活動的籌備工作，親身體驗一下作為活動籌辦人的感覺，承擔社會對資優人士的寄望！
人數：二十至三十人
對象：必先為協會會員，學歷中四或以上
*有經驗和曾參與協會活動者為佳
時間：與本屆幹事會相同（即2009年七月至2010年十月）
成為資優學徒可令你：
- l 更深入了解協會運作
- l 擴闊社交圈子
- l 有機會接觸社會各界知名人士，加強溝通能力
- l 完成活動後，活動負責人會向學徒討論舉辦該活動的大小細節，在檢討中，學習、進步
- l 若表現佳，將獲提名成為下屆幹事，繼續為協會服務
計劃內容：
七月十五日：資優學徒迎新日－讓學徒們互相認識，加強彼此合作的默契。
在2009年七月至2010年十月期間，學徒將會有不同的機會協助籌備各項活動。每當有活動舉行，幹事都會致電擁有相關專長的學徒，協助籌備活動。
在計劃期間，資優學徒必需符合以下的條件：
- 1. 期間（七月中至2010年十月），必先進行起碼二十小時的籌備工作。
- 2. 聚會出席必須滿六成。
完成以上要求，資優學徒將會獲發由本會發出的推薦信一張，
當中包括協助舉辦的課程、時數和當中擔當的角色。
（各協助舉辦的課程時數不可少於三小時）

Can I not to participate in 15/7/09 gathering since I have extra tutorial class at school during day time?
Besides, can you advise to me what function that I need to prepare for?

Thank you for your enquiry. We understand your situation and are willing to accept your absence application in advance. Would you mind to fill in the form to formally inform us about your absence for our internal record?
As for the enquiry about which function to be prepared, we, the Federation, holds the belief that the apprentice’s interests should come first. Therefore, each apprentice is going to complete a form on the Orientation Day to let us know his areas of interests. We shall then assign them to different functions and activities. Since you would be absent on the Orientation Day, we are going to send you the form through email afterwards and you are most welcome to give us a call for enquiry and consultation. For the time being, you are advised to browse through our summer programmes and our past activities to have a clear picture of our visions.
